Refund Policy

Due to the specialised nature of research compounds and the integrity requirements associated with them, Molecular Muscle operates a strict refund and return policy. This Policy applies to all purchases made through MolecularMuscle.com.

Unopened products: Unopened products in their original, sealed, tamper-evident packaging may be eligible for return within [X] days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Opened products: Once a product's seal is broken, it is not eligible for return under any circumstances, except in the case of documented product failure (see Section 4).

Non-eligible returns: Products that have been stored outside stated conditions, show signs of tampering, or were purchased under misrepresented research intent are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@molecularmuscle.com within the eligible return window, providing your order number, the reason for return, and photographic evidence where applicable.

Authorised returns must be shipped using a tracked, insured carrier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We will issue a refund or store credit upon inspection and verification of the returned item.

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, materially different from what was ordered, or accompanied by a COA indicating non-conformance with stated specifications, contact us within [X] days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, upon verification.

All products remain research-use-only compounds regardless of return or refund status. Returning a product does not alter any legal obligations the purchaser has under applicable regulations governing the possession and handling of research chemicals.
